The Icelandic Horse has 5 paces: walk, trot, pace, canter and tölt, from slowest to fastest.
Pace: Trot except with the legs moving like this:
left fore&back

right fore&back
*in air*
'repeat'
Tölt is basically a 'flying walk', same leg sequence as in walk, except extremely fast and an period of elevation in between every step. The rider doesn't feel the movement at all.
